Yes! Splitmates will be free for core features. We may offer a premium tier in the future with advanced features, but everything you need to split bills will always be free.
Once you confirm your share, Splitmates schedules the payment to be sent to the person who paid the bill. We integrate with major payment platforms to make transfers seamless and secure.
If the bill amount changes, auto-pay is paused and everyone in the household will be asked to re-confirm their new portion. Once confirmed, auto-pay resumes with the new amount.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and never store your payment credentials on our servers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers.
